<p>Before we get started with the <strong>Profile Visibility Preferences</strong>, we need to have your foundation page established first. This is your TrueProfile.io account which serves as your Digital CV. If you give permission, prospective employers and international recruiters can browse your digital CV when headhunting. Click on <strong>Settings</strong> at the top of your dashboard, to update your Profile Visibility preferences. </p>

<h2>Your Profile Visibility Settings</h2>
<p>Now that you have all the information completed on your Digital CV, you can update your Profile Visibility Preferences. These settings allow you to control who gets to see your Digital CV. We suggest that you set it to the <strong>Recommended</strong> option. This option states makes your profile accessible to leading global recruiters. Should you be a good match for an international job opportunity, employers can contact you with more information. This is all in accordance with our <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.trueprofile.io/privacy-notice" target="_blank">Privacy Notice</a>.</p>
<h2>Why update your Profile Visibility preferences to ‘Recommended’?</h2>
<p>Whether you are looking for a job abroad or just wishing to explore options, you should never close the door when opportunities arise. Our Business Partners can only view your contact details if you have the door open to new opportunities – by selecting the recommended option. International employers and headhunters are always actively looking for candidates who are already pre-verified, so you could be presented with a new opportunity at any moment. Imagine that you only need to undergo the interview process, and then onto onboarding, because your credentials have already passed scrutiny! Opportunity knocks only when you update your Profile Visibility settings to <strong>Recommended</strong>.</p>
