What does Unable To Verify or Negative Mean for DataFlow Reports?

There are times in your life where it seems that the world is against you. You may be on your way to fulfilling a dream job overseas, but your DataFlow verification came out Unable to Verify, or worse, Negative. Most people would feel that this is a “major, major” setback; to quote a Filipino beauty queen. Don’t despair, though, as all is not lost.

What does it mean when my report says Unable To Verify?

It simply means that our verification associates were not able to confirm the details of your document from the source. The source is the entity who created the document in the first place. If they can’t confirm all the details of the document, it is labeled as Unable To Verify. Take for example a recent case. Ms. X submitted her Certificate of Employment but the hospital who issued the document could not verify the authenticity of it. What happened was that the hospital’s records perished in a big fire. As a result, they are not able to confirm Ms. X’s employment records with them. She may have been employed there, but without concrete proof, the result is a document that we are unable to verify.

What is Negative Verification?

Negative verification means that the issuing authority, or the source, has contradicted all or parts of your document details. It may also mean a license submitted to us for our verification has expired. Please note that it would be in your best interest to submit a license with at least a six-month validity. If your license is about to expire, please don’t chance it.

Negative verification

Sometimes, Issuing Authorities (the source of the document applicants submit) responds negatively on the authenticity of the document. Let’s say Mr. Y has submitted a license document to practice medicine. We reached out to the Issuing Authority and the authorized contact said that there is no license that was issued to a Mr. Y. They also said it in writing. That means that we found the document to be of a negative provenance.

With DataFlow, we see both sides of the coin. We know that in some cases, a further investigation is merited. Do not hesitate to file an appeals case should you feel that there is a reason to dispute your PSV Report. You can also get a new DataFlow PSV Report.         I am sorry to say that Dataflow service provided is very irresponsible and provide very bad services .
        I have provided all the information they asked for . Moreover I have PSV certificate from Dataflow which had verified all my degree certificates in 2009 . Only thing required is verification of my current job . I have written many letters to them and also sent the previous PSV certificates. But still they are not completing my papers . A very unprofessional agency .

      Hi. Im Danielle Abbie. My dataflow says UNABLE TO VERIFY my college/school/diploma. I’ve sent text messages and tons of emails but still no response. I cant understand why they just finished my application like that without carefully verifying my papers, but my classmate with same degree and same data as we graduate has no problem and just finished off fast despite that we both have a same school/degree/date graduated.

      They’ve been disregarding my email without even replying if I can still continue the process for my dataflow. Its like they are not checking properly and not patient enough to finish it.

      Hi! My data flow result is unable to verify. The data flow comment is they need a copy of my COE from HR beacause they cant contact my previous employer. I submitted COE signed by our supervisor. I contacted the HRD they said that signature of our supervisor is enough and they will not give another COE. They give new contact number and email address and they said that they will just confirm the verification once the data flow contacted them. I already had my saudi council registration but was expired last september 2013 before my exit from my prvious work. then I came back last 2015. Saudi council have different policy again. Last year I passed by data flow and paid almost 1050 sr. then it the result was just completed until this day they responded on my email to give me the final report. they told me i have some discrepancy in my data flow. I want to ask how and why for i already have my saudi council even before. I have scheduled on august 1, 2018 to verify it what is my discrepancy. My primary verification resulted to completed. I know if there was really a problem they should have answered to be negative or uncerified. I hope you may able to help me with these things. thank you very much. I don’ t know where is my discrepancy. Either because i renewed my passport and it has different no’s. now or because my school is now university but then in my diploma stated there still college.

    I am a first timer with dataflow Saudi for Primary Source verification through SCFHS.
    My experience is frustrating and disappointing.
    I started since 15th February 2018, for 5 items PSV in Nigeria.
    4 items were correctly verified, the 5th which is the most recent document, my current employer in Nigeria (Osun State University, Osogbo, Nigeria) was wrongly verified.
    UNABLE to verify report was returned to SCFHS and myself in April.
    All effort to get a re-verification were denied by dataflow despite paying twice.
    My first VR is 1810201429. Case reference S003- 1803- 190720.
    Reported on 24 April, I immediately appealed for re-verification of the 5th item. It was acknowledged but I never received a report from this.
    By June on advice I entered for verification of Only this my employment using another email address.
    I have a mail asking me to expect a report today 25th July 2018.
    New VR 1810601222 and Case ref S003-1806-237695.
    Disappointingly dataflow put up web information that it has been instructed to STOP my verification and it has been discontinued.
    Given a reason that it has been done via via this cafe ref S003-1805-230776. This case ref is not mine.
    Now my Contract expired on 14/11/39.
    I can not get renewer without SCFHS Registration and classification which can only be done after dataflow report POSTIVE.
    It must be noted that I made many correspondences to dataflow but all to no avail.
    The source of error is that dataflow did not put my two letters of work experience side by side and decide how to verify the two.
    Employment 1 covers from 2003 to 2010, with Osun State Hospitals Management Board as employer, while I was posted to State Hospital Asubiaro Osogbo as place of assignment.
    Employment 2, with the University is from 2010 till date. (Am only on leave of absence, at the end I will go back to resume in the Osun State University).
    However, the University letter contained the content of Employment 1 again.( The overlap was due to in experience).
    So, when the Registrar of the University confirmed me as a Staff, dataflow repeatedly and needlessly ask about my employment 1, status( which had been verified desperately) from the registrar who directed them to HMB staff Dr. Oni.
    Dataflow now credited University work experience wrongly to this Dr. Oni ( wrongly called Dr. Uni in the report).
    Sir, my request kindly help me before my Iqamo expires in Saudi.

    I recently passed the NCLEX last April 2018, my license issued last August 30,2018 but State of New york Board of Nursing still didn’t send my Board/ Pass Certificates. I started my dataflow application, the status of my education and employment was “in progress” except for my Health License #2 under NCLEX, they requiring me to send the copy of my Health License Certificate. I called NYSED but they only said they have online verification of their registered Nurses for now. What will be the result of my PSV? is it possible that my result will be POSITIVE even without my board certificate?

            I too have applied for HAAD Dataflow and did not get a verification from Kuwait also. My friend there has been talking with people at the Medical Licensing Department and they are saying they did not get any call from Dataflow. the problem is they wont give any email address or contact number to us.

            Jerick is it possible that Dataflow is contacting the wrong office? My third party agency has sent me a list of numbers that dataflow called, there was no answer. One picked up the call and said to send my documents to heart@hotmail.com ( which is not a professional email add right?)

            I have 2 other friends from Kuwait who were not verified too, last April and last June, the other re-applied and still no answer.

            There is someting wrong with Kuwait and I am frustrated.

          I too have the same problem verifying my Kuwait license to practice as a Nurse. The person in charge of my case keep on insisting about a physical ID card which was issued by the Kuwait MOH, but as far as I know, and all of my friends works there confirms that only a certificate or a piece of paper was issues. IDK what kind of verification they are doing. They should know or somehow research how a certain country gives license or permissions to practice a profession, which in case of Kuwait although we are licensed there is no physical card/ID given to us.

    Our HRD ınformed me that they wıll not reply to the emaıl sent for verıfıcatıon by DataFlow because ıt ıs theır polıcy that only when an employer leaves the company wıll they ıssue any certıfıcatıon. I trıed to convınce them that I am only applyıng for regıstratıon and not for a job. Because of thıs I have 2 questıons, a.) untıl when can my HR reply to DataFlow or untıl when wıll they decıde to mark Unable to Verıfy b.) If my current status ıs marked Unable to Verıfy and after few months that they I already end my contract and HRD can reply to DataFlow, wıll I pay agaın for re-evaluatıon of only the COE document sınce the PRC, Unıversıty and Cross Check are already complete.

King abdullah medical complex-jeddah 2012-2018 and recently Ospital ng palawan 2018-2019. My 2011 COE has the same trunkline (contact number) from my recent hospital but whats bothering me they changed the email address and telefax #. I already submitted my application (same trunkline # but different email and telefax from 2011 COE and 2019 COE though they are same hospital) to dataflow they started already the verification. My question is, will it matter that they changed the email address or the trunkline is enough to verify the authenticity of my COE? How the dataflow verify the authenticity of documents?

    2016 last i am apply for DHA licence and start dataflow process. I have 2 nos of experience certificate from india. After finish verification process my one certificate get negative report why becose i have one year contract there. This contracting pride i am taken two month sick leave
    Thats why the employer not give a positive report. Now i have another 2 years experience . Now i have total 3 years and 8 months experience Can i possible to start a new processing again?
    what is the formalities…? Please help me sir………..

    Dear sir, i transferred my Saudi council data flow report to Qatar council with my Saudi council health license and Saudi COE new verification case.my result came positive and my Saudi data flow report transferred to Qchp on Nov 2018 .Again my employer told to reverify your mode of study of educational cert.but data flow gave negative report against institute but my diploma is genuine.they telling institute is not affiliated by governing body .but before was not problem when i was working in saudi and when i report transferred to qchp..but our institute managment all documents submitted to dataflow where is from institute is recognized.dataflow team re verication started but i dont think so they will give positive result.plz help me to solve this problem.thanks

    My good standing certificate of psv report is unable to verify and now there is a check re-verification. Before submit for re-verification i went to ministry of health of my country to know what was a problem and they said that: “If we give good standing certificate with official stamp so why check all this again. Our stamp is enough for official document.”
    What should I do now if they don’t answer to verify my document ?

    can someone make me understand what exactly they want! because I contacted my former employer and I changed the certification 2 times and they did not accept despite the fact that the work certificate is approved by the highest authorities and by the employer itself, certified by the municipality and approved by the regional health administration of Tunis and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tunisia.

    All my documents submitted were remarked as VERIFIED except the employment, even though I have submitted a COE from my old employer. Before receiving the case outcome, they have contacted my previous employer via phone, spoke to him and even have him replied to the email the sent him to verify my employment which he did. He closed and sold his clinic as he joined the Jordanian Army as a Military Dentist. He even asked the person inquiring what else documents they need so he can provide and all they say is just to confirm the email they sent which he did but still the case outcome was “Unable to verify”. How can I appeal to this result. Thank you

          Thanks for reaching out. An issuing authority that has ceased operations will no longer have the capability to authenticate documents. The DataFlow group is unable to verify from a source that no longer exists. A UTV result is not necessarily a bad thing since this is outside of your control. Most regulators will take the comments on the UTV document and take that into consideration.
