Check Verification Status

If you have gotten a verification for your documents, it naturally takes some time before a Primary Source Verified (PSV) Report is produced. Part of the process is contacting issuing authorities like universities, businesses, hospitals, and clinics. In the majority of cases, especially if we have a pre-existing relationship with the record-keeper, verification is a breeze. However, there are some instances where verification can be delayed due to issues around data storage, administration, location and communication channels.

Rest assured that we will be doing everything we can to reach the relevant contact and this can even include an in-person site visit to obtain your verification. We know that you will want an update on your verification status in these instances. Here’s how to check the progress of your TrueProfile.io verification…

How can I check the status of my verification?

TrueProfile.io members have it great. In order to check the status of their verification, they only need to log in. An ongoing verification will display the days that a member needs to wait before they receive their TrueProof. If for some reason, there is an issue, it will display the following status: Delayed. The great thing about knowing your status the moment you log on is that you can immediately get in touch with TrueProfile.io in order to find out the cause of the delay. Simply click on the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and it will give you the email address for assistance. The Contact Us button launches your email.

Via DataFlow status website

Enter your DataFlow Case Number and your passport number.

TrueProfile.io members and applicants who applied via regulators can also check on the progress of their DataFlow report via the DataFlow status website. All you would need is your DataFlow Case Number (it is alphanumeric) and your passport number. Enter the data, click on the Check Status button, and you’ll see the results landing page. It will show you the Applicant Details (your personal information), the different Check Status (Education, Health License, Employment, and Cross). The Check Status box will show if the verification is through or if it’s still in progress. Even if all the check statuses display that it has been completed does not mean that the report is already finished. Your Case Status may still display as yellow and not yet completed. This is because it is still going through quality control and/or reports generation.

The case outcome will only display three different statuses. Red means that the documents have a Discrepancy and the authenticity is in question. Yellow means that we were Unable to Verify all or parts of the document/s. Green means that all of the document components have been verified directly from the source. If the status of your verification shows green, you’re good to go!

    As a part of application, there is an option to get SMS alert if an Applicant pay additional SMS charge. However I am not getting SMS alert even after pay the SMS charge. SMS status alert is more helpful than the Status Checking option. But it is not working properly even after bringing the service charge.
